Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead NodeJS Engineer to architect and deliver high-quality, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NodeJS frameworks, API architecture, and microservices, along with a passion for leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and ExpressJS frameworks.
  • Design and implement scalable, modular, and secure backend systems.
  • Architect APIs, integrate databases, and manage authentication mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Drive code reviews, sprint planning, and mentor backend developers.
  • Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Technical Skills
  • Expertise in NodeJS with strong command over NestJS and ExpressJS.
  • Proficiency in API architecture and integration with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Serverless environments (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and ensure delivery excellence.
