Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lead ReactJS Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to architect and deliver robust, maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead front-end development using ReactJS and NextJS, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Architect scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Drive requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation discussions with stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on front-end development standards.
  • Ensure CI/CD readiness, performance improvements, and secure coding practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NextJS (SSR, SSG, routing, API integration).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and state management tools such as Redux or Recoil.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design patterns, and REST integration.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX collaboration and performance tuning for large-scale applications.
  • Familiarity with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) is a plus.
